Partners should maintain lawful hiring practices, respect candidate dignity, honour conflict-of-interest and safeguarding policies, and provide accurate role and funding information. We may decline or pause work that would compromise those standards.

Candidate and staff data shared during engagements is handled under our Privacy Policy and any data-processing terms in the partnership agreement. We do not reuse candidate pools for unrelated clients without appropriate consent or lawful basis.
