New Paradigm Consulting PLC (“New Paradigm”, “we”, “us”) is based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We provide consulting, talent, training, certification facilitation, and related professional services.

• Inquiry, service-request, training, incubation, and certification form content
• Newsletter subscription email and subscription preferences
• Candidate application materials you submit on the Talent Suite (CV, profile, assessments)
• Technical logs needed to operate and secure our sites (IP address, browser type, timestamps)

We use personal data to:

• Respond to inquiries and deliver contracted services
• Operate recruitment, assessment, and communication workflows you opt into
• Send insights briefings when you subscribe to our newsletter
• Improve site reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal or regulatory duties

We do not sell personal data.

We share data with service providers who process it on our instructions (for example hosting, email delivery, and analytics), with client organizations when you apply to roles they sponsor, and when required by law. Recruitment records follow the retention rules communicated in the Talent Suite and client agreements.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to certain processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us.

Some processing is necessary to provide services you request; declining that processing may limit what we can deliver.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords on Talent Suite accounts and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
